As part of the International Seminar on Multilingualism and Interculturality, co-organised on 4 May with the IBE-UNESCO and the University of Geneva, Enfants du Monde used examples from its Programme to Promote the Quality of Basic Education (ProQEB) in Chad to answer this question.
