In a context of strong and structural inequalities, education for all in Chad remains a huge challenge. Nearly one million children aged 9 to 14 are outside the education system. Literacy remains a major issue in Chad. The Enfants du Monde team launched the “Programme pour la Qualité de l’Education de Base (Basic Education Quality Programme)” (ProQEB) under a mandate from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation from its offices in N’Djamena.
