Le Village d\u2019enfants Pestalozzi est convaincu que l\u2019innovation peut permettre d\u2019atteindre plus rapidement et de mani\u00e8re plus efficace les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement. C\u2019est pourquoi elle a lanc\u00e9 le Fonds pour l\u2019Innovation en 2023, afin de promouvoir et tester des id\u00e9es de projets prometteuses. Fin avril, les laur\u00e9ats pour 2025 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cette ann\u00e9e, 14 organisations issues de neuf pays r\u00e9partis sur quatre continents ont soumis leur candidature. Les approches allaient des jardins scolaires comme laboratoires d\u2019apprentissage interdisciplinaires, aux plateformes num\u00e9riques pour l\u2019enseignement multilingue, en passant par la p\u00e9dagogie du trauma dans les zones de conflit. <\/span><\/p>\n

Fonds pour l\u2019Innovation 2025 : les projets laur\u00e9ats<\/b><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un processus de s\u00e9lection en plusieurs \u00e9tapes, le jury compos\u00e9 de 7 membres a retenu deux projets gagnants :<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Le<\/span> Macedonian Civic Education Center (MCEC),<\/b> en Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, pr\u00e9voit de d\u00e9velopper des jeux num\u00e9riques \u00e9ducatifs et des activit\u00e9s ludiques pour aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ce que l\u2019on appelle un \u00ab\u202f\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de croissance\u202f\u00bb. Cette approche vise \u00e0 encourager la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, l\u2019essai de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies et la perception de l\u2019\u00e9chec comme une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • L\u2019<\/span>Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Iberoamericanos (OEI)<\/b> au Guatemala, d\u00e9veloppera des kits pour l\u2019\u00e9criture cr\u00e9ative destin\u00e9s aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la 4e \u00e0 la 6e ann\u00e9e. Ces outils p\u00e9dagogiques visent \u00e0 soutenir les enseignants dans leur pratique en classe et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer durablement les comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9dactionnelles des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Comment fonctionne le concept ?<\/b><\/p>\n

    Bas\u00e9s sur le processus de Design Thinking, les projets innovants suivent quatre phases : id\u00e9ation, prototypage, test, et normalisation. La premi\u00e8re phase s\u2019est conclue avec la soumission des projets. Les organisations locales ont analys\u00e9 leurs groupes cibles et besoins, identifi\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre, et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une solution innovante. <\/span><\/p>\n

    La phase de prototypage, qui d\u00e9butera en ao\u00fbt, durera trois mois. Elle permettra de tester une version simplifi\u00e9e et facilement r\u00e9alisable de l\u2019id\u00e9e afin de mieux cerner les limites et les d\u00e9fis.<\/span><\/p>\n

    La phase de test, qui peut durer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 9 mois, consiste \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre le produit final en tenant compte des enseignements du prototypage. Si l\u2019innovation s\u2019av\u00e8re efficace et \u00e9volutive, elle pourra \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 un projet r\u00e9gulier du Village d\u2019enfants Pestalozzi lors de la phase de normalisation. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Une am\u00e9lioration concr\u00e8te de la qualit\u00e9 dans le secteur \u00e9ducatif<\/b><\/p>\n

    Les r\u00e9sultats des premi\u00e8res \u00e9ditions ont mis en lumi\u00e8re le potentiel immense des organisations partenaires pour r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re innovante et rentable aux besoins locaux.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Par exemple<\/span>, le Center for Interactive Pedagogy (CIP) en Serbie<\/b> a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un logiciel via le Fonds pour l\u2019Innovation qui facilite l\u2019auto\u00e9valuation, permet une gestion scolaire bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es, et am\u00e9liore la collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives. Cet outil num\u00e9rique, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u202fSelf-Evaluation for Quality Improvement\u202f\u00bb, est un excellent exemple de solution \u00e9volutive : il est d\u00e9sormais disponible gratuitement pour toutes les \u00e9coles du pays via le site du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation.
