Le rapport identifie quatre dimensions critiques du leadership : d\u00e9finir des attentes claires, prioriser les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;apprentissage, favoriser la collaboration entre \u00e9ducateur\u00b7trices et communaut\u00e9s, et investir dans le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des enseignant\u00b7es et du personnel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malgr\u00e9 les avantages \u00e9vidents d\u2019un leadership solide, des d\u00e9fis subsistent, tels que le manque de formation au leadership pour les directeur\u00b7trices d&rsquo;\u00e9cole, en particulier dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire, ainsi que les charges administratives qui les emp\u00eachent de se concentrer sur le leadership p\u00e9dagogique. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, le rapport souligne la bri\u00e8vet\u00e9 des mandats des ministres de l&rsquo;\u00c9ducation, ce qui entra\u00eene souvent un manque de continuit\u00e9 dans les r\u00e9formes \u00e9ducatives.
