Die Autor:innen pl\u00e4dieren dazu, diese drei Bereiche als miteinander verbunden zu betrachten. Das w\u00fcrde dazu beitragen, diejenigen einzubeziehen, die h\u00e4ufig von traditionellen Wegen &#8211; von Bildung, \u00fcber Aus- und Berufsbildung hin zur Lohnarbeit &#8211; ausgeschlossen sind. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Ausgabe enth\u00e4lt 28 Beitr\u00e4ge von Expert:innen aus aller Welt, die in sechs Abschnitte gegliedert sind und sich mit historischen Ver\u00e4nderungen, Innovationen und den Auswirkungen globaler Krisen auf die Lohnarbeit befassen. Sie unterstreicht die Notwendigkeit eines ganzheitlichen Ansatzes zur Unterst\u00fctzung unzureichend ausgebildeter und arbeitsloser Jugendlicher und Erwachsener, insbesondere durch Systeme, die sie wieder in das Kontinuum von allgemeiner Bildung, Berufsbildung und Arbeit integrieren. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Sonderausgabe pl\u00e4diert f\u00fcr politische Reformen, um allgemeine Bildung, Berufsbildung und Arbeit besser miteinander zu verkn\u00fcpfen, den Zugang zu angemessenen Arbeitsbedingungen zu verbessern und die sozioprofessionelle Eingliederung zu f\u00f6rdern.
